Shipping and Delivery

·       At Relaxico Beds, we’re committed to making your delivery experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. We offer free delivery to most mainland postcodes across England, Wales, and parts of Scotland, excluding the Highlands. If you’re unsure whether your postcode qualifies for free delivery, please check with us before placing your order.

·       Delivery dates are selected during the checkout process and will be confirmed via email. If you need to postpone your delivery, we kindly ask for at least 3 working days' notice. If notice isn’t given in time, we may not be able to reschedule, or a re-delivery fee may apply.

·       In cases where delivery fails through no fault of Relaxico Beds or our courier partners, an additional fee of up to £50 may be charged for each new attempt. Deliveries are made using trusted third-party courier services. While we aim to deliver on your requested date, unforeseen delays such as adverse weather may affect schedules. In such situations, we’ll do our best to deliver your items at the earliest convenience.

·       Please note that delivery drivers are not insured to enter your home. If any property damage occurs during delivery, you must raise the issue directly with the delivery agent, as Relaxico Beds cannot be held liable. Similarly, if you’ve asked for your order to be left in a “safe place,” we cannot be held responsible for missing or damaged items.

·       You’ll be asked to sign for your delivery upon receipt, confirming that your items have arrived in good condition. It’s your responsibility to check everything is correct and undamaged. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, contact us immediately.

·       Should your delivery address change after your order has been dispatched, a redirection fee of up to £50 may apply. If you receive any incorrect items, Relaxico Beds will arrange collection at no cost to you, but this must be done within 14 days of discovering the issue. You are responsible for keeping the items safe until they are collected. If we’re unable to arrange collection due to refusal or unavailability, we may take further steps to recover the items.

·       For deliveries outside the UK mainland but still within the UK (including areas such as AB, BT, DD, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR, ZE), please allow 3–5 working days from dispatch. We can’t guarantee a specific delivery time for these locations. Deliveries typically take place between 8am and 8pm.

·       If your delivery requires a ferry crossing, you’ll need to arrange transportation from the mainland depot, as our couriers can only deliver up to that point.
